Human-in-the-Loop Lead Response

AI drafts a reply to every new lead, and a person approves it or gives feedback by email. The draft loops through revisions until it is approved, then goes to the lead.

How it works

A form submission logs the lead to Airtable. An AI drafter with structured output writes the email, and Gmail’s "send and wait for response" emails it to a reviewer, who replies in plain language.

A text classifier reads the feedback as approved or declined. Declined drafts go to a revisions agent and back to review. Approved drafts are sent to the lead.

Why it matters

Response speed wins leads, but fully automatic replies risk tone and accuracy. This keeps a person in control of every outgoing message while removing the writing work.
